Introducing Brian Gomes – Chef, Food Tech, World Traveller

The eat.art team asked our brand new Chef and Food Tech, Brian Gomes, to answer a few questions about his likes, his passions and where we can find him on any given weekend, and he happily obliged….

Brian’s passion lies in the kitchen where he loves creating new dishes and flavours as well as creating various pickles and condiments. “I can’t say that I have a favourite food as there are far too many to choose from but I definitely lean towards Asian cuisine, although a ceviche is also in the top of the list.” When asked about his favourite beverage, Brian let us in on a little secret, “I am an amateur brewer”. Cheers all round! When Brian isn’t developing his next batch of lager, he can be found hiking up mountains, in the garden at home or with friends and family enjoying a meal.

“I’m very happy to be joining the team and am excited for things to come!” says, Brian.  Well the eat.art team second that!  Welcome Brian!
